About us

A payroll practice for the schemes most firms turn away.

We look after overseas companies who employ people in the UK. Here's who we are, how we work, and what we'll hold ourselves to.

Why we exist

Most payroll firms treat overseas employers as an awkward edge case.

Ask a typical UK bureau about a DPNI scheme and you'll usually get silence. You can't even register one online, so most providers quietly steer the work elsewhere. The global platforms will take it on, but they'll employ your staff for you, charge platform money for it, and put a ticket queue between you and an answer.

So we built something in between. A UK practice where DPNI, NI-only and overseas PAYE are the everyday work rather than the awkward exception. We keep it narrow on purpose, and one named specialist checks and signs off everything that leaves the building.

We publish our prices, which almost nobody in this niche does. We put our service promises in writing. And the hard rules further down are there so you can hold us to them.

Who you'll work with

Jezaniah Henry

Managing Director

I started Onshore Partners because overseas employers kept getting passed around. My work is the stuff that catches people out: PAYE for foreign companies, DPNI schemes, workplace pensions and keeping HMRC happy. Every account here has a named specialist who knows it properly, and that is how the practice is built to run.

"You always know who is handling your account, and you can reach them directly."

How we work

People you can name, processes you can trust

Personally checked and signed off

Every payslip, submission and reply is checked and approved by someone who knows your account.

Checked against last month

Every run is prepared, compared with the previous period and signed off before anything is filed. If a number moves, we know why before HMRC does.

Built around your time zone

Send things whenever suits you. You never have to be awake when we are. We work UK hours and reply within one UK business day, by email or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer.

Secure by default

Your data moves through secure channels only, and we keep a record of what was prepared, checked and changed.

Who you'll deal with

One front door, three desks

Three addresses so your message lands in the right place first time. Whichever you use, the same person stays accountable for your account.

Quotes, route questions and the early tax-year offer.

Our hard rules

The rules we run the practice by, published for anyone to read.

Most firms keep these internal. We'd rather you could read them and hold us to them.

  • Every HMRC submission and payment file is checked and signed off before it goes out. No exceptions.
  • We never move your money. We tell you exactly what to pay and when, and your bank stays in your hands.
  • Your data stays in secure channels only, with confidentiality and GDPR handled as standard.
  • We keep an audit trail of everything prepared, checked and changed.
  • We only show credentials we actually hold. If there's a badge on this site, it's real.

That's us. Tell us about you.

Send us a message and we'll map out what your UK setup needs, then quote you a fixed fee. Email or WhatsApp, and you'll hear back within one UK business day.
